The Electric Power Distribution (EPD) program can help you pursue employment with electric power providers or line construction companies. This one-year technical diploma offers the training needed to construct, operate and maintain power line equipment for residential, commercial and industrial customers.

Our curriculum will teach you the fundamentals of electricity, how to properly climb and set poles in any weather, safety policies and procedures, motor vehicle operation and maintenance, rigging, the use of hot sticks and more. In addition, completing the Electric Power Distribution program can prepare you to advance to an electric line technician apprenticeship.
