BGA awards accreditations to business schools based on the impact they have had on their students, staff and the wider community, in terms of ethics and responsible management practices. Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI) is now registered in the database of the European Union of organisations and institutions that are participating in the Erasmus+ programme.

Erasmus+ is the EU’s programme to support and modernise education, training, youth, and sport and is open to organisations across every level of the education sector.

This membership means that BSBI can participate in European projects whereas students will have the opportunity to enrich their experiences and competencies. This will also open the possibility for BSBI to welcome learners from other institutions, as well as to develop partnerships and collaborations with other providers, organisations, and businesses.

The AEEN is an Association founded in July 2008 by eleven Private Business Schools at the national level, aiming to contribute collectively to the development of business leaders through professional Master’s programmes that enable students to achieve highly effective business results. With the integration of BSBI – Berlin School of Business and Innovation into AEEN, the school has gained a corporate and institutional identity within the national and continental sectors of private higher education for postgraduate and executive training. BSBI has also joined the European Union of Private Higher Education (EUPHE).

The award was conferred to BSBI at the Education 2.0 Conference in Dubai, which took part from Tuesday 20 to Thursday 22 February, 2024, at the InterContinental, Dubai Festival City, Dubai, UAE. Ernst Suganandarajah, Co-CEO of BSBI and Professor Dr Kyriakos Kouveliotis, Provost and Chief Academic Officer at BSBI, graciously accepted the honour on behalf of the institution.
