Students may develop a Business Plan or analyze a real company case study related to operations, logistics, or supply chain management. The project allows students to work on areas such as operational strategy, process optimization, logistics management, and business development.
Projects are supervised by experienced professionals from the sector and developed in teams, encouraging collaboration, strategic thinking, and practical problem-solving skills.*
For some students, the Final Master’s Project has also become an opportunity to transform business ideas into real entrepreneurial initiatives.
