Introduction

Our Master of Science degree programs provide a high level of professional education in these areas, and the curriculum covers a broad range of subjects, qualifying students for diverse job opportunities.

The MSc in Big Data Analytics consists of two academic components: core requirements and concentration electives. In order to graduate with an MSc degree, students must successfully complete a minimum of 36 credits, of which 21 credits are core courses and 15 credits are concentration electives.

Core Requirements

The core requirements consist of 7 required courses, worth 21 credits.

The Master of Science in Big Data Analytics program is designed to meet the increasing need for highly skilled data analysts who can analyze the growing amount of data confronting in a variety of disciplines, and transform it into usable information for use in decision-making. The program delivers rigorous training in computational techniques and provides mastery of data analysis.

The program will provide students with frameworks for critically looking at data, interpreting and visualizing data, and applying that knowledge in real-world applications that will shape how 21st-century business challenges are addressed.

BAU International University seeks students who are creative, critical thinkers, and are ready to take their intellectual and professional lives to the next level. An application will not be considered complete until BAU has received all required documents. Once applications are complete, they are carefully reviewed. Applicants are evaluated with respect to the admission requirements and selected accordingly.

Applicants are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Submitting all required documents in one package can help speed up the application process. In some cases, students may be able to defer enrollment. Students who defer enrollment will be obligated to meet whatever tuition and fees are required upon their enrollment.
