It was once said, “Occupational Therapy (OT) is the healing of the mind, body and soul!”. OT is a human health speciality that aims to enhance a person's ability, independence and quality of functioning in activities of daily living. It supports motor, mental and social skills and research proved that the inclusion of Occupational therapists in the multidisciplinary medical rehabilitation team improves integrated treatment planning. OT is modern and unique and we at Batterjee Medical College are proud to establish the first OT Program approved by the World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT) in the private sector of Saudi higher education.

Occupational Therapy (OT) is a health care profession that focuses on helping people of all ages regain, develop, or master everyday skills in order to live independent, productive, and satisfying lives. Our Bachelor of Science (BS) Program in OT requires the completion of 158 credits divided into 5 years (preparatory year, 3 academic years, and internship year). Our accomplished faculty members are nationally and regionally recognized for innovation and leadership in OT education, research, and community service. We prepare graduates who are creative, competent, compassionate and committed to their profession and their country.
