Objectives
- Insist on the importance of conceptual reflection in the generation of space, which provides argumentative solidity to design proposals, considering the aesthetic and cultural context
- Highlight the usefulness of exhaustively developing the project and its follow-up to guarantee a final result consistent with the initial approaches
- Highlight the growing importance of the technique, in the context of a more sustainable and inclusive society, which poses new demands and perspectives of use that modify traditional practices.
- The program offers specialized and updated theoretical and practical knowledge to the group of professionals who focus a large part of their activity on the design of habitable interior spaces in all their varieties.
Skills
- Promote a critical attitude and interpret historical and current references
- Verify the importance of project rigor in the design and construction process
- Promote criteria for choosing materials and furniture consistent with interior design
- Acquire criteria for the general implementation of lighting installations and systems, with a sustainable perspective
- Use materials, resources and/or technologies in interior design in a responsible, safe and efficient manner
- Integrate cultural and technological references in projects and workshops in an innovative and creative way
- Prepare a coherent interior design project and responding to previous conditions (functional, identity of the promoter and/or user, economic, constructive, social, environmental...)
