Master's Degree in Design
With the Master's Degree in Design and Communication you will be able to develop research activities and train yourself to conceive design strategies, formalize them, analyze them and reflect on them.
The Master's Degree in Design is advanced training of a specialized and multidisciplinary nature whose objective is professional specialization and initiation into research activities about and from design. Also, as it is a Master's Degree , it allows access to a doctoral program in a related area.
Design is understood as a tool for reflection, knowledge generation and transformation of the world around us. The program trains professionals and researchers with the necessary skills to carry out design projects in all types of contexts, enabling the communicator and the designer in the conception of design strategies, in their formalization in specific projects and in the analysis and reflection about the practice of design itself.
The focus of learning is on the development and acquisition of creative, critical and methodological skills to develop their profession in research and innovation. Upon completing our Master's Degree in Design , the student will have gained a deep understanding of current design, communication, visual and material culture, as well as the challenges that arise in these fields.
