With the Master's Degree in Set Design for Theatre, Film and TV you will acquire the necessary knowledge to be part of a theatrical stage team or an artistic department of an audiovisual project (video clips, advertising, film, fiction...).
The Master's Degree in Set Design is a Program with clear professionalizing will. Searching from the study and analysis of practical cases, knowing and knowing how to apply the best solutions in each case; be a statement to solve a theatrical scenography or the scripts of a fiction series of any international streaming platform.
Many of the innovations in the international stage of recent years have emerged from the theatrical development. The contribution of design is key and opens a field of artistic and technical exploration focused on the production of front-line shows or audio-visuals.
The objective of the Master's Degree in Set Design is for students to acquire the necessary knowledge to be part of a theatrical set design team or to be part of the artistic department of an audiovisual project (video clips, advertising, cinema, fiction...) preparing them for be designers of stage space

Objectives
- Investigate and delve into set design as a design specialty linked to the performing and audiovisual arts, addressing the creation of spatial supports for theatre, large events or television and cinema, from an artistic and technical perspective at the same time.
- Learn about the main scenographic plastic arts that make it possible to transfer the script to space, at the hands of professionals from the contemporary scene, and explore the application of this knowledge both in the field of scenography for live shows and in registered audiovisual productions. .
- Discover the technical operation of the different types of scenic spaces to know the characteristics and potential of the spaces where the sets are inserted.
- Delve into techniques and technologies associated with set design, with special attention to the differences between live and audiovisual formats.
- Know the parameters of construction, assembly and set production that influence the design of a set or film set.
