Objectives
A Master's Degree in web design and user experience has clear objectives:
- Understand the importance of the user experience as a discipline that gives meaning to the joint work of technology, design and interaction.
- Provide the interdisciplinary knowledge necessary to carry out a user experience design project for digital products.
- Understand interactive technologies to take advantage of their social and business potential in the design and development of digital services and products.
- Lead and manage an interaction project based on agile methodologies.
- Apply Design Thinking techniques, Trend Forecasting and other innovation processes to conceptualize experiences with a clear value proposition.
- Apply the main research and modeling techniques to design user-centered digital experiences.
- Identify and implement usability principles to design intuitive, effective and efficient services and applications.
- Apply basic techniques of information architecture and process visualization for the organization of experience flows.
- Propose and implement content strategies to develop persuasive copy, implement email marketing campaigns and manage social networks.
- Create user 'flows' based on persuasion, optimization and follow-up techniques that convert users into customers.
- Design the visual and interactive layer of an application from a global perspective, taking into account both the conventions and patterns of the ecosystem, as well as the advantages of system design.
- Implement measurement systems and interpret data to judge the behavior and functionality of a design.
- Apply new business models, promote the entrepreneurial nature of the medium and establish new professional opportunities.
