Introduction

The Master in Literature and Politics, whose backbone is based on the first of the terms that nominate it, is a career that proposes the construction of a systematic space for debate, reflection, updating, research, and production around literature and its links with various political contexts.

The contamination between both objects: Literature and Politics, introduces us into territories of coexistence, in languages in dialogue, in discursive interstices, which highlight the decisive interrelation between both human activities.

In this framework, one of its fundamental purposes is to favor the generation of individual and/or group investigations; For this, a teaching body has been formed that has an extensive trajectory in research. In this way, the promotion and strengthening of local/regional research in the specific field of literary studies is proposed, particularly from a situated perspective that conceives literature within the framework of a culture with its own differential characteristics, where interrelationships with politics are analyzed in their multiplicity and heterogeneity.
