The graduate specialist (Master) study program in Hospitality and Tourism Management is intended for those who wish to be educated for managing functions in the tourism and hotel industry, as well as those who are already employed but want to improve their existing and acquire new managerial knowledge and skills.
Destination Management Companies (DMC) I Organizations (DMO)
The course Destination Management Organizations (DMO) and Companies (DMC) refers to the management of organizations and companies whose business is based on destination management. The analysis indicates a great need for the education of highly skilled staff in this field of expertise. There is a clear lack of qualified staff in the field of destination management.
Duration of Study
The study lasts for 2 years (4 semesters) and is offered as full-time and part-time study. There are 2 majors in this study program:
- Hotel Management (HM)
- Management of Destination Companies (DMC) and Organizations (DMO)
By finishing the Specialist graduate (Master) study of Tourism and Hospitality Management, students acquire at least 120 ECTS points according to the provisions of the Bologna process, and the following professional title: “Graduate Specialist in Tourism Management”.
