Introduction

About AIM & ZSDM

The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) is an international graduate school whose goal is to make a difference in sustaining the growth of Asian societies by developing professional, entrepreneurial, and socially responsible managers.

The Stephen Zuellig Graduate School of Development Management (ZSDM) is AIMโ€™s response to the challenge of sustaining Asian development. By working with the Sustainable Developments Goals agenda, the school creates principled development leaders and managers who are capable of achieving sustainable success. ZSDM engages emerging economies to build a team of civil leaders and business managers equipped to be problem solvers, change agents, and effective collaborators.

Development Executive Programs

The Stephen Zuellig School of Development Managementโ€™s ( ZSDM) Development Executive Programs (DEPs) are short non-degree courses on specialized topics relevant to development professionals.

DEP courses will enhance the participantโ€™s appreciation, knowledge and skillset in leadership, management and program and/or project administration that will enable them to manage their organization in multifaceted settings, through a systematic and a collaborative approach, equipping them to deal with the situations in an effective and efficient method.

The need for capable and dedicated leaders and managers in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment is essential to embracing sustainability and solving complex social issues.
