Introduction
In this way, you will acquire well-engineered health economic know-how through the practice-oriented curriculum. In combination with your previous professional experience, this knowledge enables you to act more strategically. After graduation, you can therefore competently hold a managerial position. In addition, doctors among you will be credited with 420 CME points for the master's degree.
With the Master of Health Management (MaHM) you will receive special key qualifications to be prepared for central challenges in the health market:
- well-founded consulting techniques for consulting economic issues
- (Health) Management Techniques for dealing constructively with difficult business situations in the healthcare industry
- Communication skills as soft skills for management discussions, corporate communication, conflict management
- Rhetoric for effective research and understandable presentation of the latest findings from research and science
admission requirements
The Master of Health Management (MaHM) is a continuing education course. In order to study it, you must have a bachelor's degree recognized in Germany or a degree in a traditional, single-stage course (Magister, Diplom, First State Examination in Law or teaching degree; degree in medicine) and at least 2 years of relevant professional practice. The Master of Health Management (MaHM) represents targeted further development at the highest academic level, especially for doctors, pharmacists, nurses and natural scientists.
