Furthermore, because of globalization, the HR profession has an increasingly international character. And even in a more local context successful implementation of HRM requires a global mindset. You will learn how to work in multicultural teams. The curriculum also includes a course on International HRM.
The program is interactive and practice-oriented, with case studies, real- life examples of HR professionals & executives and an in-company project.
Admissions
Curriculum
This program consists of three building blocks: Strategy - Change - People
Strategic HRM & Business Partnering
This course focuses on strategic human resource management. How can you align HR with the objectives and policies of your company? How can HR drive long-term success using data and analytics? What economic, social, psychological, and legal factors impact the relationship between the individual worker and their employer ? This course combines theory with practical application to effectively manage and nurture your organization’s human capital.
Business Challenges & Innovation
Global trends like digitalization, AI, evolving organizational structures, and the growing emphasis on well-being, diversity, inclusion, different generations working together, an aging workforce in some countries, multicultural teams etc are reshaping the business landscape. How can HR innovations address these challenges? In this course you will engage in exploring the HR solutions of the future, at the end of the course you will present your findings to a panel of experts.
Financial Management
Although it seems that finance has nothing to do with HR, it does play an important and even crucial role in shaping both employee mindsets and organizational capabilities. If you want to communicate effectively with finance professionals, it’s essential to understand the fundamentals of financial management. With this comprehensive course, you’ll confidently navigate the financial landscape and align HR strategies with financial goals.
Change
Organizational Development and Change Management Fundamentals
This course introduces the core concepts of Organizational Development (OD) and Change Management. Organizations may seem straightforward, but there's a lot more happening underneath the surface than what’s visible on an organizational chart — like networking, team dynamics, engagement, and organizational culture.
When significant changes like restructuring, digital transformations, or global expansions happen, the process can be overwhelming. If you are in charge of leading the change, you need a thorough understanding of exactly what is changing, what the impact is on individuals and how to manage the transition. Key questions to consider are e.g.: What is the ultimate goal? Who needs to be informed? What do we choose: a gradual approach or making bold moves? Should we stick to a fixed plan or be flexible? What potential pitfalls should we avoid? And how do we cope with emotions involved and how do we manage resistance?
This course equips you with essential tools and frameworks to lead change initiatives successfully, using real-world case studies from experts.
Organizational Development and Change Management Practices
Building on the fundamentals of OD and Change, this course dives deeper into practical applications. What challenges is your organization facing in terms of development? What OD interventions can improve performance and effectiveness? How do you measure success? By answering these questions, you will broaden and deepen your expertise and transform into a skilled Organizational Development professional.
Consulting Bootcamp
You will spend a week immersed in a typical consulting project to apply theory to practice. Whether you aim to become a consultant or not, consulting skills—such as identifying problems, crafting solutions, influencing stakeholders, and structuring outcomes—will be invaluable in your professional career.
People
HR and People Fundamentals
In this course you will explore the connections between the organization, its people, and sustainability. Centered around the key question, “How can organizations guide employees to contribute sustainably to both the strategic goals of the company and their own personal growth?” you will prepare the way for success in the rest of the program.
Talent Management
Every employee goes through a journey within an organization, from recruitment to departure. This course offers a deep dive into the employee lifecycle, focusing on recruitment & selection, career & development, and performance & reward. You’ll gain a deep understanding of how to attract, develop, and retain top talent while making sure that everyone involved has a positive experience.
International HR
While all of our courses are viewed through an international perspective, but this one is especially focussed on the human side of businesses in a multicultural environment. In this course, you will be confronted with real-world cross-cultural challenges. You will learn proven strategies to deal with them, helping you succeed in a global career.
Labor Relations Management
Labor relations are a critical aspect of HR, and they entail much more than the communication between employers and employees. They involve power dynamics that extend throughout the organization, industry, and society. In this course, you’ll delve into issues like employee differences, trust, commitment, partnerships, strikes, and conflict. You will explore these topics using academic frameworks and you will develop your own innovative approaches to labor relations.
Master Project
The Master Project will gives you the opportunity to apply your knowledge on a real HR business case of a company for 8 weeks. During this hands-on experience, you’ll take on the role of a “junior consultant,” using your newly acquired skills to provide applicable insights and solutions. Whether you are working with a startup, SME, or a multinational company, you’ll make a tangible impact and gain valuable experience.
