The Master in Management is a broad general management program that provides you with the building blocks to successfully start your career as a young professional. A specific preliminary degree in management or (business) economics is not necessary. This course will empower you to profitably manage digital transformation in any organization.
Financial & Management Accounting
The objective of this course is to help you develop a framework for understanding corporate financial reports. The course deals with basic accounting concepts and significant accounting techniques that you should be aware of when confronted with financial statements of internationally operating companies. It highlights key challenges related to financial reporting. The frame of reference are the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Organizing & transforming in a digital era
The huge impact of digital info and AI, along with all the shifts happening in society, forces organizations to rethink how they’re set up. New technologies are no longer just about small gains iin efficiency; they are driving big changes in how businesses operate and grow. To stay relevant and keep creating value, companies need to reflect constantly, be flexible and adapt themselves to new realities. This course dives into the core of what makes organizations tick, with a focus on things like agility, resilience, the ability to juggle a lot of goals, psychological safety, the idea of "failing fast," and company cultures.
Financial Management
In the first part, we introduce the Law of One Price to derive a central concept in financial management: the time value of money. In the second part, we apply the tools for financial decision making to one of the most important financial decisions facing a financial manager: the choice of which investments the corporation should make.
Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management
This course aims at providing students with a comprehensive yet accessible overview of the most
important HR topics in organizations in order to be equipped to create a sustainable competitive advantage
through the management of human capital. Theory, cases and experiential exercise are presented in the following domains – onboarding, developing, compensating, and leaving. Thereby always considering both the formal and informal angle of approach.
Data Science for Business
The course "Data Science for Business" gives you insights in you how to use data for smart decision-making and create real-world value. The course covers the basics of data science, with practical examples of how data sciences drive business decisions and competitive insights. You’ll learn the whole process, from preprocessing to advanced modeling and post-processing. You’ll develop the skills to evaluate analytical models and use data to fuel innovation and take better decisions across businesses.
Operations & Supply Chain Management

For this course you will travel to Barcelona, to Esade Business school. This course imparts essential innovation management principles, frameworks, and tools applicable across organizational levels, from team leads to CEOs. We particularly emphasize the impact of digital technologies on fostering innovation within firms. Taught by our specialized team with hands-on experiences in Catalonia’s innovative companies, this course offers practical insights for navigating complex challenges related to technological and business model innovations.
