Organizational Leadership - Human Resource Administration

The Bachelor of Organizational Leadership with a Concentration in Human Resource Administration (BOLS/HRA) degree is designed to provide knowledge and skills in theory and applications associated with human resources. Courses include such topics as employment and placement, compensation, benefits, employee relations, job analysis, training, and development, along with leadership skills based on Christian principles.
