The Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resource Training and Development is a specialized degree program designed to provide students with those competencies necessary to assess learning needs and design training methodologies for human development within work environments.

The degree is designed to enable students to assess an organization's training and development needs, develop methodologies to address identified needs, and establish an evaluation system by which training program effectiveness can be determined.
