Modern business processes would be virtually impossible without IT systems. This makes it all the more important that well-trained professionals ensure the smooth flow of information. In this course, you will acquire the necessary skills. As a link between IT, management, and development, you will be responsible for fine-tuning processes in the field of business informatics. Your primary focus will be on databases, which you will be able to design, manage, and maintain upon completion of the course.

The course content is divided into five modules. You will learn about the fundamentals and applications of business informatics before delving into software development. This is followed by engaging learning units covering database systems and business processes. The latter includes realistic case studies that allow you to apply what you have learned. Towards the end of the course, you will explore how to ensure the usability and user experience of digital systems. You will receive the university certificate after successfully completing two exams and three assignments.

The continuing education content is evaluated at AKAD University with the credits earned and credited at this level in possible credit transfer procedures.
