Don't know what this means? This course is for you.
Already love it? You really belong here.
Where Language Meets Culture...
The French & Creative Arts Preparatory Program is designed for non-French speakers who aspire to study or build a career in the arts and cultural industries. Over the course of one year, participants immerse themselves in approximately 450 hours of French language instruction alongside 250 hours of hands-on artistic workshops and projects—advancing steadily in both language and creative practice.
Where Fluency Meets Confidence...
Through a carefully structured progression, you will develop confidence in oral and written French while engaging directly with fields such as cinema, audiovisual production, music, animation, and video games. These experiences go beyond artistic exploration: they connect you to the living pulse of France's creative sectors and prepare you to navigate them with fluency and purpose.
Where Words Become Life...
By the end of the program, you will leave with a strong command of French, a concrete artistic practice, and the intercultural awareness to pursue higher education or professional opportunities across the arts and creative industries—in France and beyond.
.
Your voice deserves to be heard. Your journey to fluency starts here.
Upon completing the preparatory year, students who have reached a sufficient level of French may enter directly into 3iS higher education programs, including Cinema & Audiovisual, Sound & Music, Animation & Video Games, Acting, Digital Communication, and Live Performance Techniques.
Students whose French is not yet at the required level but who have a solid command of English may instead enter directly into the English-taught Bachelor programs in Cinema & Audiovisual or Sound & Music.
In both cases, admission is streamlined: successful completion of the preparatory program with an overall passing grade is all that is required. It's a fully integrated pathway to the next chapter of your studies.
