17 Humanities Degree Programs in Romania

The Faculty of Philosophy, in a partnership with the Faculty of Business and Administration, are pleased to announce the launch of their new jointly organized MA program in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, starting October 2017. It is the first PPE program in Romania, and one of the very few in Eastern Europe.

European Studies program aims to analyze the national and transnational developments on the European continent seen as a whole and its mission is the interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary training of future specialists in the field of European studies in order for them to develop the capacity to understand and communicate with people belonging to different cultural environments, to lead and organize international teams, to develop abilities in managing the relations with partners and mass media against the European background.

In Oradea, a university center with a tradition of more than two centuries, the program of International Relations and European Studies was established in 2003 and accredited in the spring of 2008, within the Department bearing the same name and has since become one of the most effective, efficient and dynamic program in our University. The national performance of the teaching staff, a relatively young one, has resulted in the grade received for the activity of research.

This program emphasizes the intersection of language studies with computational sciences, educational sciences, and other related disciplines. Moreover, it extends its scope to the analytical and technological support of various societal sectors, such as culture, education, history, political sciences, media, journalism and others, thereby fostering a broad and integrative approach to language technologies and their applications across diverse fields of study. This design ensures a coherent and comprehensive educational path aimed at equipping students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to engage with contemporary challenges at the nexus of linguistics and digital innovations.

Le Master Management des Affaires dans le Contexte Europen (MACE) est un program sur deux annes, dont le principal objectif est celui deformer des managers possdant une approche globale de l'organisation afin de mettre en demanire pratique, adapte et volutive les connaissances acquises.

This programme is organized by the UNESCO Chair in Interculturality, Good Governance and Sustainable Development (Faculty of Philosophy) in partnership with the Universities of Fribourg, Hamburg, Dortmund, Regensburg and Dijon.

This is a two-year research master programme aiming to provide students with various useful skills and insights needed to do independent intellectual work in philosophy at postgraduate level.

The Preparatory Year for Learning Romanian for Foreign Citizens is mandatory for those students who wish to pursue their studies (high school, university) in Romania, and do not have a Romanian language certificate.

Through this program the Danubius University takes the mission of preparing specialists, researchers and leaders in the management field from the East and South-East regions of the country, getting involved in debates and society projects, in shaping a new frame of development in a European context.
