The master's degree aims to be a program aimed at legal operators, authorities, and civil society linked to the protection of human rights. The program seeks to provide a series of theoretical and methodological tools on the use of human rights, both national and international, in legal argumentation and in the construction of the content of rights. The duration of the program is two semesters and one summer. To conclude the program, a thesis will be presented which will have to be defended in front of a jury, the thesis is developed throughout the master's degree. It is a double degree program, a master's degree will be obtained from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and one by the University of Genoa in Italy, with the possibility of access to the Doctorate offered by the University of Genoa. The program will have both national and international professors, mainly from ITAM, the University of Genoa but also from the other universities that collaborate in it. In addition to a series of national and international associate professors and exhibitors.
