This specialization course aims to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required by the Retail sector in a perspective of better business management in the retail area. In particular, in the areas of sales teams management and the development of skills associated with the main techniques of managing people in these teams and in organizations; the retail supply chain and respective strategies in the different distribution channels of retailers; in the planning of retail operations, and the respective management and day-to-day operation of the store; or in the analysis of the performance of retail organizations, in order to measure, evaluate and improve organizational performance.

The short-term specialisation course in Audits of Integrated Management Systems (CE-ASIG) aims to be a postgraduate training course oriented to the life-long training of professionals who work, or intend to work, in the area of audits of integrated management systems in order to train students in the scope of integration and audits of management systems with the purpose of improving organisational performance through the integration of its management systems.
