The Academic Year in Interior and Furniture Design trains Designer specialised in furniture able both to create and manage the whole design process of a project focused on space organisation and interior decoration. This programme is designed to provide students with a pathway into an undergraduate degree programme in the School of Textiles and Design and the School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society at the Dubai Campus. It is specifically designed as a foundation programme that will help students to bridge the gap between their school qualifications and the demands of a university degree. In much the same way the industry requires collaborative working across specialist sectors, you will work with students from other disciplines, such as business and marketing, in order to promote a product in the marketplace. At the end of this course, you will have designed and produced a game product for release into the marketplace.
