Foundation Year Degrees in Baku, Azerbaijan
Being the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku hosts several, colleges, vocational schools and universities. Many learning centres have been coming up nonetheless; the older institutions such as Baku State University still have the largest student population.
For a couple of years Azerbaijan has improved their higher education system by improving education level in several universities to international standards.
