KTU master’s studies in Sustainable Management and Production merge three different fields: environmental engineering, manufacturing engineering, and business. It is a combination of interdisciplinary knowledge and skills with a solid basis in engineering science that is necessary for future leaders and innovators.

PhD programme in Environment Engineering is designed to enable students become first-rate interdisciplinary researchers and acquire the knowledge and skills to succeed in both academic and non-academic career. Students of this programme have a possibility to acquire a double PhD degree, because of the contract with the University of Bologna (Italy).

The double diploma second-cycle study program "Aquamatics" uniquely combines natural and engineering sciences. The program is created to prepare highly qualified environmental engineering specialists who are able to solve theoretical and practical problems of water management.

You will gain a good knowledge of general principles of operation and pathology in live systems, the capabilities, and limitations of modern biophysical methods, principles of data analysis, and planning of the scientific investigation.

The knowledge provided in the Sustainable Energy study program will help develop the production and use of renewable energy, as well as the search for and saving of energy resources.

The Natural Systems Management programme aims to provide students with the latest theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of ecology, for the successful preservation and recovery of our natural and semi-natural ecosystems. Students learn to assess the balance of terrestrial ecosystems and to propose decisions enabling sustainability. They will develop competencies in the use of inland waterways and terrestrial natural resources.
