Aware of the importance of Water Resources in general and of the Patagonian region in particular, of the need for their development, the deficit of knowledge and the scarce systematization of the information that makes them available, and understanding that true sovereignty is strengthened with knowledge, teachers from the three national universities based in Patagonia, the National University of Comahue (UNCo), the National University of Patagonia San Juan Bosco (UNPSJB) and the National University of Southern Patagonia (UNPA), have formulated and presented this Interinstitutional Postgraduate Program in Water Sciences (PCH).
