7 Electrical and Electronic Engineering Degree Programs in Vietnam

Our undergraduate course provides a solid foundation in core subjects, combined with an area of specialism relevant to emerging engineering challenges. It was developed to apply advanced training technology from United States partner universities. Specifically, the program will equip students with modern knowledge, professional skills, and the ability to competently use informatics & communication tools and foreign language in professional activities.

Electrical Engineering is for students with electrical related interests. The program covers the core subjects needed in electrical engineering - electronics in general and electrical engineering, and many elective subjects in electrical equipment, power electronics, power plants, electrical grids, and renewable energy.

Master's Degrees in Electrical/Electronics/Automation Engineering study electricity in power-supply infrastructure, devices, and information systems. Electrical Engineering focuses on the supply and use of electricity as a power source.

All students of this program have to participate in original research. Most students enter the program with an undergraduate background in electrical/electronics engineering, telecommunication, computer engineering, physics, or a related discipline.

The Bachelor in Informatics and Computer Engineering is an English – taught course (except for 4 Vietnamese compulsory subjects in which international students will be provided with excellent support to meet subject requirements). It's a globally recognized bachelor's degree awarded by Vietnam National University Hanoi, with access to advanced teaching methods including problems solving cases, which encourages independent thinking and teamwork in the decision-making process of students.

Computer Engineering provides a strong and broad technical foundation, professional engineering skills, leadership ability, and a well-rounded undergraduate experience.

The aim of the master in ICT is equipping students with the most up-to-date, high-level background knowledge and information technology skills so that they can easily adapt to a professional working environment if they study higher education abroad; or take up management positions, or founded their own IT startups. Students are enrolled both at the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (Vietnam France University) and at a French partner university. A six (6) months internship in France will be offered to students in the second year (Master 2). Graduated students will be awarded a double degree from a French university and from the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi.
