Sustainability goals face global challenges, including poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, recycled materials, renewable resources, peace, and justice. This program uses the A.P.E.L. (Accreditation Prior Experiential Learning) system. It is addressed to 30 years old Managers, Entrepreneurs, Professionals having at least 5 years of industry experience. A Master's degree or equivalent is required to access the program. The entire course is carried out in Distance Learning.

The PhD on Urban Development & Governance is a 4-year flexible trajectory programme that fuses urban management with governance.

This program examines the planning and the technical as well as the decorative elements needed to design the interiors of residential and commercial buildings. It stresses on individual residences, offices, and commercial spaces (bars, hotels, banks, public restrooms, etc.). It describes the furniture that are best suited to a given space and the distribution of closets and bathrooms. In addition, it covers the construction details of walls, floors, stairs, fireplaces, lighting, kitchens, and woodwork. It also deals with other decorative elements such as the use of indoor plants, audiovisual systems, security, color theory, window treatments, elevators, indoors sports areas, etc.

The Doctor of Liberal Arts (DLA) in Architecture programme of the Doctoral School covers architecture and urban architecture programmes dealing with various aspects of planning (architecture of social spaces, architectural planning and design, production environment planning, residential environment planning, settlement planning)

A PhD student must submit a thesis which provides proof of advanced original research and/or creative work which makes a real and substantial contribution to the field of knowledge and/or practice of the disciplines of architecture, urbanism, and interior architecture, or landscape architecture

DLitt et Phil (Urban Studies) is an advanced level of study in which a candidate has to conduct independent research and produce a thesis that demonstrates a contribution to knowledge in the field.

This program is designed for students who wish to pursue an advanced degree in the broad area of urban studies, with research focusing on urban policy and governance, urban environment and resource management, urban data and analytics, environmental sustainability, and urban sustainability. It aims to strengthen students’ knowledge in related subjects and train them to conduct interdisciplinary analysis and independent research, with critical and creative capability.
