Loyalist's Diploma in Police Foundations program prepares you to be a great candidate for police services. To help you get started and make connections, Loyalist Police Foundations provides eligible students with experience, observing police officers in action, at their side.

Centennial College's Police Foundations program is geared towards those who have an interest in police, security, and investigation-related occupations in both the public and private sectors.

The Police Foundations Ontario College Diploma program provides you with foundational knowledge of the field of law enforcement. While there is a strong theoretical aspect to this program, there are many opportunities for hands-on learning through in-class scenario situations and our fitness program. Outside the classroom, students are required to complete 35 hours of volunteering by the end of their first two semesters at an approved community-based agency.

Northern’s Police Foundations diploma combines hands-on training with state-of-the-art technology to prepare you for an epic career in law enforcement. Based on the core principles of diversity and community service, the two-year program reflects the policing model used by forces from coast to coast.

Get a head start for employment in a police service with a solid foundation of police procedures. Cambrian’s in-class assignments, scenario training, fitness components, and community work complement topics covered by the Ontario Police College. Hands-on training includes three replica jail cells in our scenario room and extensive involvement in community initiatives. You’ll get opportunities to network alongside working professional officers from local police agencies and volunteer within the community. Upon graduation, you can pursue your career goals or earn a second diploma in public safety in one additional year.

This unique two-year diploma program prepares graduates for careers in policing and other justice-related areas (sheriffs, corrections, parole etc.), while enabling students who desire to continue their education to ladder into degree programs in criminology, arts and business (may require some bridging courses).

This diploma program prepares students to take the Minnesota Peace Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) exam and start careers in state, municipal, and county law enforcement agencies, as well as State and Federal government agencies!

The purpose of this qualification is to provide a structured programme for students who will be interested in bringing a positive change in the society; this course equips them with knowledge and skills to become traffic officers.

The Pearson BTEC Level 5 HND in Policing will provide students with the generic knowledge, understanding, and skills to enter employment within Policing, the wider public service sector, or entry to Higher Education through a top-up degree.
