What is a Nutrition and Lifestyle, Coach? Nutrition & Lifestyle / Health Coaches work with their clients to make healthy eating and lifestyle changes by using a combination of their personalised nutrition and lifestyle expertise, along with coaching and communication skills.

This programme is aimed at professionals who wish to enhance their current practice in the use of expressive arts or those who wish to integrate the academic and practical applications of the creative process into their therapeutic work with people.

Develop the knowledge, skills and confidence required to work successfully with clients to recommend individualised nutrition, supplement and lifestyle changes. This comprehensive 2½ year practitioner training diploma begins at UK level 5 (Irish level 6/7) and builds to UK level 6 (Irish level 7/8) – equivalent to a UK degree programme.
