6 Environmental Engineering Diploma Programs

The Graduate Diploma in Environmental/Sustainability Education is offered jointly by the Faculty of Environmental Studies and the Faculty of Education; this diploma will allow educators in schools, community organizations, cultural institutions and advocacy groups to develop expertise and participate in research in the field of environmental and sustainability education.

Based at our Corby campus, our engineering courses are offered at all levels to enable progression through the different stages of your skills development.

Environmental Technician students are trained as entry-level practitioners in the use of environmental sampling, monitoring and testing equipment and information technology tools and will be familiar with standard operating procedures for conducting environmental projects. Students are provided with applied knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislative requirements, environmental management systems, and the basic principles of ecosystem-based management for sustainability.

As an Environmental Technologist you’ll work in the protection, conservation, and preservation of our natural environment. Many graduates go on to complete their bachelor’s degree at Royal Roads University.

The aim of this course is to give the students an academically challenging educational experience that will enable them to develop the knowledge base, professional attitudes, leadership skills, and commercial awareness to serve both the construction industry and society. The course also aims to provide the student with the opportunity to develop skills for lifelong learning.

The qualification is designed to help students become highly-skilled Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator professionals. It provides students with a thorough knowledge, and the essential skills and talents to work as an effective Quantity Surveying professional who will play a key role in different projects.
