The three-year Dental Hygiene Ontario College Advanced Diploma program, delivered over two and half years, combines theory and hands-on skills to prepare you for a challenging and rewarding career in preventive dental health care. It allows you to fulfill the role of the dental hygienist as a researcher, advocate, educator, administrator, clinician, and health promoter.

The Dental Assisting/Dental Hygiene Integrated Program prepares graduates to function as dental auxiliaries. The Dental Assisting program prepares the student to function as a dental assistant under a dentist's supervision.

The Local Anesthetics Program at the Vancouver College of Dental Hygiene Inc. is designed for licensed dental hygienists who have not been trained in the administration of local anesthetics and who now require local anesthetics training to qualify for a full practicing license. This is also an excellent program for dental hygienists who already possess a full practicing license but need to refresh their skills and knowledge in local anesthetics.
