The International Center for Education and Human Development CINDE Foundation, a non-profit organization, offers in an agreement with the UPN National Pedagogical University, since 1983, the MASTER'S PROGRAM IN EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, aimed at professionals with experiences in the areas of Sciences Social, Education and Health.

The Specialization in Education and Social Development is the result of an experience in the social and economic development of more than 25 years that the Foundation for the Application and Teaching of Sciences, FUNDAEC, the managing and accompanying institution of the University Center, has had. This experience has been centered on education, at all levels, for the effective participation of the population in their own development processes, both productive and organizational. Faced with the country's demanding situation of new educational alternatives for its professionals, and the very need expressed by many of them to broaden their vision of development and acquire tools that allow them to be true agents of change, we see it as imperative to take advantage of the extensive experience from FUNDAEC, this time at the graduate level.

Aware of our historical responsibility with the construction of a stable and lasting peace in Colombia, Uniminuto is offering professionals in the country the Masters in Peace, Development and Citizenship, as an option to qualify their training in accordance with one of the most important challenges that We have as a society.

Independently designed and curated curriculum that responds to current social issues aligns with service and research opportunities and reflects student interests and latest trends in the field of International Development.

Facilitate the appropriate conditions for the training of autonomous researchers with a scientific vision from the complexity and family diversity, and with a critical attitude and capacity to forge, transfer and apply knowledge in solving problems related to family and development in various contexts and situations. The investigative capacity should enable the graduate/graduate to construct problems and generate possible solutions in the area.

The EMTENDER research group, linked to the Value Added Network, has a history of seven years, in which it has stood out for the publication of books and research articles and for monitoring businessmen and entrepreneurs in the central subregion from Valle del Cauca. Researchers from the group have participated in the development of projects focused on strengthening marketing strategies for the commercialization of prototypes made by academic institutions. Additionally, the group stands out for carrying out activities for the transfer and social appropriation of the knowledge generated in its research, allowing ITA students to strengthen their competencies in research, development, and innovation (R + D + i).
