The One-YearMaster in Design Craft accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education trains designers with deep knowledge of production processes, techniques and market of the artisanal product and "Made in Italy", enhancing the contemporary artistic craftsmanship typical of Tuscany.

The three-year course of study in Jewelry Design is the only one of its kind in Italy. The course combines the typical experience of the artisan workshop, where student acquire the manual dexterity of master goldsmiths, with an in depth investigation of the theoretical and cultural elements.

Main goal of the course is training students to design spaces merging feelings and perceptions with a rigorous functional disposition. They learn to interact with the Italian design system, that complex and unique network of relations among Italian/international Designers, schools, Made in Italy businesses producing furniture/lamps and customer companies. Students learn those expressive tools that allow developing, assessment, and explain a project from the briefing to the final creation and communication: the pencil, 3D modeling, and rendering software.

The Foundation Year in Design is a preparatory course primarily addressed to international students with a high school diploma who wish to enroll into an accredited Bachelor's degree offered by Accademia Italiana but miss some requirements for direct admission. Nevertheless, Foundation Year is also a perfect choice for students looking a creative and exciting gap year in Italy, with a full immersion into the uniqueness of Italian art, design and language.
