The Program on Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Sabancı University is the only Master’s program of its kind in Southeastern Europe, taking a regional lead in training a new cadre of conflict resolution specialists and peacemakers from Turkey and countries around the world. Initiated in Fall 2000, the Master’s program in Conflict Analysis and Resolution has the following goals and objectives: Presenting students with an analytical perspective that will enable them to define objective parameters as well as the perceptual and psychological context of conflicts. 

The Cultural Studies Program brings together an interdisciplinary group of scholars with a commitment to fostering new ways of analyzing and participating in contemporary cultural dynamics in Turkey and around the world. The program covers a wide range of topics and theoretical approaches, with particular emphasis on: literary and cultural theory; gender and sexuality, transnational mobility and migration; ethnic identities and citizenship; politics of representation; memory studies and oral history. 

Sabancı University European Studies MA Program provides a comprehensive study of historical and contemporary developments in Europe, specifically of the European integration process, from a multi-disciplinary perspective. The students will acquire theoretical and practical knowledge of the European political and administrative systems as well as historical and philosophical foundations of modern Europe.

The honors minor program in Art Theory and Criticism merges diverse aspects of visual studies into a unique curriculum, providing the students with an understanding of the major intellectual trends and debates in the visual arts, including art history, theory, criticism, and museum studies. This comprises a study of the new philosophies of vision that have emerged over the past decades and affected our ways of seeing and the new technologies and media that have redefined lifestyles and social relations.

In today's world where competition, change and development, and globalization are experienced and felt at the highest level, a management sciences program suitable for today's rapidly changing conditions must of course be created on the axis of change and development. This has been our main principle in the design of our Sabancı University Management Sciences program: an international, transformative, organic undergraduate program built on basic management skills.

The program is dedicated to exploring gender as a fundamental category of analysis within the realms of social sciences and humanities, serving as a focal point in both national and international discourse. Its objective is to familiarize students with key topics and methodologies in gender and women’s studies, empowering them with critical analytical abilities to dissect gender dynamics across various domains including everyday life, science, politics, economy, culture, and society.

In the Sabancı University Molecular Biology, Genetics and Bioengineering program, modern biology problems are studied within the framework of a broad curriculum covering the fields of plant biology, bioinformatics and molecular and cell biology. In our laboratories with a modern infrastructure, our research and development projects are carried out jointly with other biology programs from home and abroad.

Entrepreneurship minor program will provide students with a certain level of structure and the ability by making use of theoretical and acting contributions made in recent years in the field of business administration. The program will ensure that students have knowledge and perspective in the major intellectual trends and debates in the areas of entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship and technology management.

The minor program at Sabancı University encompasses various faculties, fostering a multidisciplinary approach that integrates the university's diverse vision and structure. Focused on the broad subject of energy, which encompasses numerous facets spanning across disciplines ranging from social sciences to technology, innovation, and politics, the program aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding.

The driving force behind the tremendous demand for training programs in Information Technology (IT) are the rapid changes in the IT sector, the growing shortfall of skilled laborers and the need for professionals to keep abreast of developments in the field. In an effort to respond to this demand, the Professional Master\'s Degree Program in IT aims to provide its participants with an international professional profile to meet the rapidly-evolving industry needs.

The minor in Decision and Behavior is geared towards equipping students with both analytical and normative tools necessary for comprehending and assessing individual and collective behaviors, as well as decisions. The purpose of the Business Analytics for Professionals program is to train professionals who can meet the needs of private sector and public institutions and organizations to understand their business performance in competitive conditions and to develop new strategies based on data and analytical approaches. The Business Analytics for Professionals program is designed to cater to the evolving needs of both private sector enterprises and public institutions, equipping professionals with the essential skills to navigate complex business environments.

Students specialized in the Chemistry Minor Program potentially represent a new generation of productive leaders of research and industry. Understanding the physico-chemical properties, performance and applications of materials and biomaterials requires an integrated knowledge of physics, chemistry, biology, engineering, analysis, and design.
