The training as a Social and Health Assistant is for you who want to ensure that the citizen gets the best course in the meeting with the health service - throughout. You will be responsible for both coordinating and performing tasks within the basic care and rehabilitation of the citizen. You are the alarm bell that early observes changes in the citizen's mental and physical health.

EUX Welfare is for you who want to be skilled and have even more opportunities for further education. With EUX Welfare, you get a Social and health assistant education where you also have subjects at the upper secondary level. This means that you become a student and Social and health assistant at the same time.

Based on a person-centred approach, you have a particular focus on the activity's significance for meaningfulness and increased quality of life. You also work with planning and evaluating activities, both individual activities, and group activities. Finally, you will focus on relationship-building factors, including the importance of communication in meaningful professional activities in people with dementia.

As a Pedagogical Assistant, you work with children, young people, or adults with special needs. They all need care and support from an educational angle. A Pedagogical Assistant can get a job in crèches, kindergartens, schools, and after-school clubs or as a daycare worker in their own home. You can also work with adults with disabilities in, for example, housing.
