In this regard, the Fall Semester of Fashion Marketing allows you to understand and deepen the various phases of the strategic marketing process within the fashion system. By examining in a schematic and pragmatic way themes such as the concept of branding, market research, new communication technologies, public relations activities, product positioning, new trends, distribution channels, we provide you with the cognitive and operational tools necessary to support the brands operating in this sector with the formulation of targeted and effective policies and tactics.

The Fashion Marketing and Communication Academic Year allows you to analyze the relationship between brand, products, and audience and the role that marketing and communication play within the fashion industry. You will explore how brands communicate their key messages across promotional platforms such as branding, advertising, print, digital and social media, visual merchandising, retail environments, events, and experimental marketing.

For this reason, it is very important to be able to design advertising campaigns as well as to identify and organize promotional activities, through the most appropriate communication channels, in order to convey the characteristics of a brand and advertise its products. In this regard the Fall Semester in Fashion Communication allows you to implement your knowledge and skills in the use of communication channels such as social networks, dedicated portals, installations and the organization of events, fashion shows, conferences and public relations to reach and relate with an increasingly wide audience. In addition to providing a basic historical and cultural knowledge, linked to the evolution of styles, the course aims to stimulate and develop the critical and analytical skills necessary to interpret contemporary trends.

Interior design is the practice of space planning and designing interior spaces in homes and buildings. It involves creating floor plans, furniture layouts, and designing the look and feel of a space. Interior design also includes the specification of furniture, fixtures, and finishes, and coordinating their installation. Through the Spring Semester Introduction to Design you experience the design methodology, learning to design interior spaces for residential use, starting from the analysis of domestic spaces and development of initial concept, to the 2D view and up to the realization of models so to define the idea and check its validity.

In this course, many artworks in the history of Italy and Europe will be studied; including those that can be visited actually in Florence.
