This programme has a minimum duration of three and a maximum duration of thirty-six consecutive or interpolated months. The regulation defines the conditions of access to the common resources of NOVA School of Law by external researchers who wish to carry out post-doctoral studies here, as well as their duties and rights.

The School of Justice Studies (which houses the Administration of Justice Program) strives to provide our students with the legal, ethical, and educational background necessary to pursue a career in a criminal justice-related field and to successfully transition into a 4- year academic program. The law & policy major investigates the laws and policies governing our collective lives, both within the United States and in a broader global context. This interdisciplinary major draws from the fields of economics, sociology, political science, religion, philosophy, environmental studies and others as students develop an understanding of how institutions operate in the application of the law.

Students planning to attend law school after completing a degree at Rocky Mountain College are encouraged to supplement their major by taking on a secondary pre-law minor. International Foundation Program in Law This course is for students looking to progress to Law-related degrees, such as LLB Law, or Law and Social Science. Our Law IFP is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to progress on to Law-related degree courses at university. You'll be encouraged to develop your critical thinking skills and will learn how to analyze sources and present academic arguments.
