10 Employment Relations Course Programs

This Skills Programme is part of a SABPP accredited full qualification, FET Certificate: Human Resources Management and Practices Support, SAQA ID 67463, NQF Level 4, and has been designed to provide learners with an understanding of industrial relations and to equip them with the necessary knowledge on relationships in a typical South African business environment including some of the legislation that govern, among other things, the health and safety issues, employee wellbeing policies, etc.

Sexual harassment is unwanted conduct of a sexual nature. Experiencing sexual harassment can be one of the most difficult situations a worker can face, however, it should not be happening and all workers are protected by law from sexual harassment.

People's behavior is influenced by the situation, but more by their comprehension of the world around them.

At the end of this training, participants will be able to: identify assertive attitudes and behaviors in relationships, adapt to the various situations encountered in an appropriate manner, gain confidence by expressing their feelings with accuracy, diplomacy and flexibility, to manage oppositions.

At the end of this training, participants will be able to assert themselves fully and serenely in their relationships; foster confidence in their exchanges; to adapt effectively to their interlocutors; to make choices and decide more easily.

At the end of this training, participants will be able to define a goal and concrete actions; to prepare and structure its meetings; to stand in front of a group and encourage participation; to facilitate his group with ease.

Develop the keys of relationship management. At the end of this training, the participants will be able to develop their legitimacy and establish their authority vis-à-vis the employees and the hierarchy; to develop leadership by accompanying change; take charge of the keys of the relationship management; to implement a differentiated management.

At the end of this training, the participants will be able: to implement concrete actions to give a clear direction, shared objectives, to promote an organization which improves, to control time, to promote self motivation of employees, to implement collaborative and creative management, to detect the warning signs of stress and to share parades
