The aim of the B.Ed. in Primary Education is to train new teachers to a high standard so that they may in turn teach their pupils to a high standard and positively contribute to their school and communities. The aim is further to train new teachers in such large numbers that they make a significant impact on meeting the targets of access and quality of Primary Education outlined in MIP-1 (National Planning Commission, 2021b) and NESIP (Government of Malawi, 2020).

Upon completion of this programme, students should be able to manage issues related to an organisational environment and apply conceptual principles, methods and tools to solve financial problems; identify the increasingly complex nature of the local and global economy and its impact on finance, among others.

The BA in Economics and Business offers its students expertise in Business and Economics. It provides them with an ability to demonstrate knowledge of business processes. It allows them to assess industry attractiveness and identify risks and opportunities of doing business in a global environment by choosing and applying appropriate methodologies. It prepares students for careers in business and finance, but can also be relevant for Government and non-Governmental Organisations. In particular, graduates will be able to apply economic analyses within a business context.

The BSc Supply Chain Management and Logistics offers its students expertise in all aspects of supply chain management and enables them to specialise in a number of methods and techniques regarding the theoretical as well as the technical part of the industry. Students are able to study in-depth all significant areas in supply chain management and develop the required understanding in order to be successful in this sector.

The Doctorate of Education degree is aimed at experienced educational professionals and sets out to place you at the leading edge of your professional field in terms of knowledge, awareness and understanding.
