EULER, in cooperation with EUCLID, an intergovernmental treaty-based organization with a university mandate, offers to select students from the general public its flagship external (distance or online) degree program called the EULER Online Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Global Development.

This online LLM in international law, representing 26 US credits (40-45 ECTS) is one of the world’s only two LLM degree programs offered by an intergovernmental organization constituted under international law (the other being offered by the European University Institute).

EULER online PhD in monitoring and evaluation (currently offered in partnership with EUCLID) is the only doctoral degree program offered by an institution that is itself an intergovernmental treaty-based institution (EUCLID / EULER & Institute).

This program is a valuable first step towards graduate studies in research-related fields, including medicine, public health, and science education.

In cooperation with EUCLID (Pôle Universitaire Euclide | Euclid University), an international intergovernmental organization with a university mandate, EULER offers to intergovernmental and national civil servants (as well as select students from the general public) a specialized external degree program called the EULER Online Master in Climate Change (MCC) under the International Relations and Global Development major field. This field of study or specialization covers the full scope of climate-related issues from a policy and education perspective.

EUCLID (Pôle Universitaire Euclide | Euclid University), an international intergovernmental organization with university mandate, offers to intergovernmental and national civil servants (as well as select students from the general public) a specialized external degree program called the EUCLID Online Ph.D. in Climate Change and Sustainability (DCCS). This field of study or specialization covers the full scope of climate-related issues from a policy perspective.

In cooperation with EUCLID, an intergovernmental treaty-based institution with a university mandate, EULER offers to select students from the general public an online PhD in bioethics which covers both clinical and global health bioethical issues.

The Pre-Medical program was created for those students who do not meet the Admissions criteria of SMUFOM based on not completing the courses and credits required for Admissions into the MD Program.

The medical program offered at St. Martinus University, Faculty of Medicine, is a rigorous program that integrates the Basic Sciences into medicine's clinical practice.
