The BSc (Hons) Computing with Foundation Year is designed to provide a strong grounding in use of computing and IT to solve real world problems. The programme is based around 3 themes: Technology, Software, and Data. These themes are embedded in modules each year and built upon in subsequent years, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of database systems, internet technologies, data, cyber security, networking, and business information systems - all essential features for all computing and IT job roles.

Built in partnership with UC Berkeley’s College of Computing, Data Science, and Society—the university’s first new college in 50 years—the Berkeley Global Computing and Data Science program gives you the technical foundation and human perspective to thrive in our AI-driven world.

With this BSc (Honours) in Computing and IT, you’ll become a confident user and manager of information technologies, able to administer and manage network or database systems and develop software solutions. Computing and IT skills have become fundamental to how we live, work, socialise and play.

BSc (Honours) in Computing & IT and Psychology to help you examine issues such as the social impact of computing & IT developments. You’ll divide your time equally between the computing & IT modules and the psychology modules. You’ll learn how psychological research addresses real-life issues. For example, psychology has both learned from and informed the development of artificial intelligence and how people interact in online environments.

The Master's Degree in High Performance Computing, organized by the universities of A Coruña and Santiago de Compostela, together with the Galician Supercomputing Center (CESGA), specializes students in such an important topic today as High Performance Computing (HPC).

Net-centric computing covers a range of sub-specialties including: computer communication network concepts and protocols, multimedia systems, Web standards and technologies, network security, wireless and mobile computing, and distributed systems. Upon graduation, our graduates can expect to find employment opportunities in the private and public sectors where ICT is used.

Diploma of Higher Education in Computing & IT and Statistics With this joint diploma, you can specialise in an area of computing and IT and combine it with statistics, dividing your time equally between subjects. With competence in statistics and computing skills, you’ll be equipped to work in organisations that base decisions on statistical analysis or seek to interpret “big data”.

Interdisciplinary Computing is the first interdisciplinary technical master’s program at IT:U. Its educational approach is deeply rooted in project-based, personalized learning. As a student, you will study at the intersection of computing and various disciplines. You develop your knowledge and skills in a vibrant, international environment, whilst learning in small groups to gain the experience for a future job in industry or to follow an academic career.

The Master of Computing in Applied Artificial Intelligence (MCAAI), offered by the College of Computing and Data Science (CCDS), is designed to equip professionals from diverse disciplines with the knowledge and skills to effectively apply responsible AI in solving problems in their respective domains.

This Certificate of Higher Education in Computing and Engineering course develops your skills in and understanding of computing and engineering. These are two areas that underpin most aspects of the way we live. Gain a foundation in the basic principles of hardware-based, software-based, or systems-based technologies. Computing skills with basic knowledge of engineering can lead to an array of career opportunities.

Formerly Computer and Communications Systems, this new and modernised Master of Engineering programme provides an exciting opportunity for students to gain a solid foundation in targeted areas of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) necessary to create an in-depth knowledge applicable to the field of Edge Computing.
