The MECT aims to provide solid training in the fields of specialization of computer systems, information technology and telecommunications. It intends to train engineers capable of performing functions of planning, design, development and research of computational and connectivity systems and infrastructures, both for high performance and for specific applications, in areas as important today as cyber-physical systems, 5G telecommunications networks, data centers, wireless local area networks and sensor networks, among others. These are fundamental technological and knowledge areas in fields as important today as smart cities, mobility, the Internet of Things, Industry 4.0 and other vertical use cases, based on the Cloud and virtualized solutions, where flexibility, agility , sustainability and energy efficiency are increasingly essential.

The MDGD aims to provide advanced technical and scientific training in an area of fusion between Communication Sciences and Technologies and Computer Science, promoting interdisciplinarity in an area where creativity and technique come together.

The Master in Data Science, a partnership between the Department of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics (DETI) and the Department of Mathematics (DMat), allows strengthening the knowledge and skills in data exploration and machine learning, with an emphasis on extracting actionable information from large-scale data. The Masters combines knowledge from the basic areas of Data Science, namely Mathematics and Informatics, providing both the theoretical foundations and the computational skills necessary for its application to different types of data and contexts.

MSc in Data Sciences and Artificial Intelligence. The MSc Data Science and Artificial Intelligence is one of the International Master of Science programs, created within the framework of the Initiative of Excellence UCA JEDI. The MSc Data Science & Artificial Intelligence is an MSc awarded by Université Côte d'Azur.

This programme trains future elite data scientists in urban mobility. Through an interdisciplinary approach, you will learn to leverage urban data for strategic city planning, sustainable resource use, environmental cleanliness, equitable citizen engagement, and fostering a healthy society.

It is intended that the second cycle of studies leading to the degree of Master in Computer Engineering, based on the broadband training of the first cycle, will provide future Computer Engineers with solid training suitable for the job market, as well as serving as a basis attending the third cycle of studies in Computer Engineering.

The 1st cycle of studies in Computer Sciences has the mission to offer an advanced education in the field of Information Technology, directed toward the acquisition of skills in programming and design and management of information systems, including the phases of specification, development, testing, and maintenance of applications and systems.

The Degree in Computer Engineering is a 1st cycle course, compatible with the Bologna principles, which aims to provide graduates with solid, coherent and comprehensive basic training in Computer Engineering, which can later be further developed in specialized training at the level of second cycle.

The PhD program in Computer Sciences aims at the development of competences, skills and advanced methods of investigation in Informatics, as well as specialization based on a broad knowledge of the Informatics area. It is intended to offer learning in a research environment, with the main objective of training researchers, university professors, and leaders in innovation processes in the fundamental and applied areas of Computer Sciences. The training and skills acquired provide our students with greater professional and career opportunities in the field of research in public and private institutions, technological companies and in higher education.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) seeks to build instruments to complement human activity through the creation of algorithms and systems of intelligent behavior. AI has been responsible for the creation of new startups and spinoffs in the area of ​​Computer Engineering and is, more and more, a bet by large companies, namely in the automotive, banking, insurance, and retail sectors.
