The research thesis of this PhD programme should provide a basis for understanding, implementation and rational decision making on contemporary networking technologies. The third edition of the Summer School “Microwaves and mm-waves for the Design of Advanced Wireless Links: Communication, Sensing and Power Transfer” aims to provide participants with a solid understanding of the fundamental principles and design strategies of modern wireless systems operating in the microwave and millimeter-wave frequency bands. The Seasonal School ARTIST has been designed to critically evaluate and elaborate on these new technologies and the opportunities that are offered by next-G network architectures.
