Ivy Tech’s Nanotechnology program provides you with the skills needed to work as a technician in this emerging field.

Cohorts are a group of students speaking the same language, usually living in the same country, who join together to complete a Certificate in Disciple-making or a Master of Arts degree following a specific order. All students take limited courses at the same time, with the exception of their online electives. All students are required to engage throughout the course of study in reflection on their ability to transfer classroom knowledge into action within a given ministry area. The Integrated Reflection Ministry Project consists of annual reports and self-evaluations submitted by the student at the end of each calendar year of their TCM studies. Also, annual evaluations are submitted by individuals impacted by the student’s ministry. Prior to graduation, a Final Report by the student delineates evidence of the student’s achievement of TCM’s educational outcomes, evidence of the capability to transfer knowledge into action, and a critical reflection on his or her own actions.

Vet Tech Institute offers an 18-month program for students seeking the core skills to prepare for entry into the veterinary care field. The curriculum, facilities, on-site kennel, cohort instruction, and experienced faculty are all designed for student success.

Classes in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) program at Ivy Tech are labs based with almost every class meeting having a hands-on portion where students will train and work on actual furnace and air conditioning equipment.
