This course consists of 2 separate qualifications; The City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate Introduction to Cabin Crew & Level 2 Extended Certificate in Travel & Tourism. This gives you a good insight into the Airline and Travel & Tourism industry and the many careers that are on offer.

The Level 2 NCFE Certificate in Travel & Tourism provides students with a foundational understanding of the travel and tourism industry. This programme is designed to equip learners with essential knowledge and skills required for entry-level positions within the sector. Through a combination of theoretical learning, practical activities, and industry-relevant modules, students will gain insights into various aspects of travel and tourism operations.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who have a defined and limited range of tourism operational skills and basic industry knowledge. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision.

SIT30116 Certificate III in Tourism contains 15 units (4 core and 11 electives) and will be delivered at the training premises of Australian Online Institute. Learners must complete all the units to obtain this qualification.
