3 Safety Engineering Certificate Programs

The issuing of replacement certificates originally issued by the National Maritime Training Centre, is by request in writing - please give your name, date of birth, and details of the certificate to be replaced, the reason for the replacement (ie lost, stolen, damaged etc) and the address to which the replacement is to be sent. This facility is for the online payment for replacement certificates only, after receiving notification that a replacement has been authorised.

One of the four basic training courses required under STCW as amended, for persons who would like a career on board ship. The course covers basic safety and legislative requirements to be understood by any person embarking on a career at sea. The course complies with Merchant Navy Training Board guidelines.
