3 Law and Social Science Certificate Programs in Colombia

The specialization proposes the study of the administrative legal system of disciplinary Colombia in force, of the most important administrative legal institutions of theoretical-practical knowledge on current issues through the analysis of recent jurisprudence and contemporary doctrine on the fundamental issues of this area of law.

The Specialization in Education and Social Development is the result of an experience in the social and economic development of more than 25 years that the Foundation for the Application and Teaching of Sciences, FUNDAEC, the managing and accompanying institution of the University Center, has had. This experience has been centered on education, at all levels, for the effective participation of the population in their own development processes, both productive and organizational. Faced with the country's demanding situation of new educational alternatives for its professionals, and the very need expressed by many of them to broaden their vision of development and acquire tools that allow them to be true agents of change, we see it as imperative to take advantage of the extensive experience from FUNDAEC, this time at the graduate level.

The postgraduate program has as its object of study Criminal Procedure Law and the Accusatory Oral Criminal System, which is why it is always at the forefront of current regulations which is changing in the current Colombian criminal procedure system.
