We are pleased that IAZI AG will continue the course in cooperation with Rochester-Bern Executive Programs and the University of Bern from 2021. The aim of the "CAS in Banking with a Focus on Real Estate Finance" is to convey the theoretical basics in the real estate and finance area using practical examples and with a focus on the areas of real estate valuation, real estate portfolio management, and real estate financing. The already qualified and experienced course participants can deepen their knowledge and familiarize themselves with the latest evaluation methods, key figures, or current market trends. Another focus is on the legal and tax aspects of real estate investments.
