Agribusiness Technology prepares individuals to manage agricultural businesses and agriculturally-related operations within diversified corporations. Potential coursework includes instruction in agriculture, agricultural specialization, business management, accounting, finance, marketing, planning, human resources management, and other managerial responsibilities.

This certificate program prepares students for careers in the agricultural sales, service industries and business management. Students study sales, advertising, merchandising, economics, farm management, marketing, agronomy, soil sciences or animal science. Courses in the certificate program include an Introduction to Agronomy, Introduction to Soil Sciences, Animal Science, Agribusiness Management, Principles of Financial Accounting, Microcomputer Applications and International Business courses.

The EVP Online Livestock Systems Management Graduate Certificate is unique in that it foregoes the traditional focus on individual animals by redirecting learners to consider animal health challenges at a population and systems level, with particular focus on the economic and food safety aspects of disease management and prevention.
